The key steps are:

  1. Understanding your own cultural specificities with the Cultural Orientation Framework (COF).
  2. Recognising and experiencing differences. 
  3. Addressing differences
  4. Defining strategies to leverage them.
  5. Develop personal and team action plans to embed learning and insights
