I was coached by Nathalie when I was recovering from my burn-out. Nathalie’s professional and structured approach led to a clear set of objectives. During the coaching sessions I felt safe and supported and Nathalie never missed an emotion or an opportunity to be provocative and ask the right questions. Nathalie did a great job in being flexible in working with whatever was necessary in the moment and still keeping track and working towards our objectives.
