Coaching a team engagement journey is about supporting, guiding and accelerating a team to become and remain a high performance collaborative team.   1. Create clarity on the business context, what is expected from the team (360 feedback when appropriate).
  2. Diagnose the key issues and potential solutions. 
  3. Build on team's strengths, boost intra- and inter-personal self awareness.   
  4. Create team charter ( Purpose, values and behaviours, ways of working, decision making process, stakeholder management).
  5. Build team's skills as needed (E.g. communication, feedback, time management, conflict resolution...).
  6. Align and commit to a realistic yet ambitious shared action plan. 
  7. Review contract and celebrate
